Dear diary,

Today I learned about healthy lifestyles, some new words and nwe types of music! My favorite parts of the lesson were when we talked about food and how to be healthy. I also liked the video, we had to find the kinds of music maraia, Jonas and Susan like. I liked everything about this lesson. That’s all for today’s lesson.

First of all you need to have a exam program so you can have enough time to prepare for your exams. Second thing you can do is to join an after school activity. It will help with your anxiety, streets and it will improve your mood.

Birthplace of the Titanic!

The RMS Titanic is probably one of the most famous ships in the world,and it was built in Belfast! Years ago , Belfast was one of the world’s greatest ports.It was also famous for building magnificent ships.The Titanic,at the time it was built,was the biggest man-made object ever made.As it stood in the shipyard,you could see it form all over Balfast! Titanic Belfast,a fantastic museum which is the most popular attraction in Northern Ireland,is a permanent reminder of one of the most famous ships in history!!!

What I learnt today

Today I learnt a lots of things.We show to miss our copy’s and later go to chat and do the spelling.Then we broke up in rooms and do sentences.We learnt to about Object personal pronouns/Possessive pronouns.Then we broke up in rooms again and do some exercises.Finally we talk about what were we wearing.

Hi Alexa,

I am sorry to hear about your exam stress. Don’t worry so much. I think I can help you. If  I were you,I’d study with my friends then study will be more fun. Another idea is to have small or long breaks then you can exersise or go outside that way you can be healthy and get fresh air. The other tip I have is to study in the afternoon not at night so you can be more focused on your studying. I hope my advice helps! Keep me posted

when I’m feeling angry

The title of this book is “when I’m feeling angry” created by Trace Moroney, Actually it’s a book of the series called “feelings” which is the most popular book series of psychology written for children.
The creator of the book is an author and illustrator of books that help children understand their feelings.
In this book, she writes about anger. Feeling angry can make you feel like you are going to explode!! Anger can make you become a monster, acting in a bad way, making people around you unhappy.

In this book also there is a part written by a child psychologist giving some advice to parents and teachers, how to treat an angry child.

It’s a really good book with adorable illustrations and 3D figures that children can touch and feel. I give this book 5 stars, actually to the whole feeling series.
