I am sorry to hear about your exam stress. Don’t worry so much. I think I can help you. If  I were you,I’d study with my friends then study will be more fun. Another idea is to have small or long breaks then you can exersise or go outside that way you can be healthy and get fresh air. The other tip I have is to study in the afternoon not at night so you can be more focused on your studying. I hope my advice helps! Keep me posted
