Eventually it turned out that he was just a homeless man. Tim gave him 5 dollars and he was really happy! But Tim felt bad because it was raining and the man had nowhere to go so Tim asked him if he wanted to stay at his apartment and the man immediately agreed. The next couple of months Tim helped him to get a job and he bought a small apartment near him. From that day they stayed very good friends!!!
