Exercise class or Personal trainer
Nowadays it is very important to exercise but the problem is that you have to choose between with a personal trainer or an exercise class.But what is the difference?
A personal trainer has advantages.The first one is individual attention and encouragement.The next one is that the trainer doesn’t let people give up as everyone is different and their own time.
An exercise class has advantages too.The advantages are that it caltivates team spirit and you can make new friends.Makeover, you have to try harder if you want to attend the class.
It coclusion ,you have to make a desision based on you own needs.I would like to join the exercise class because I think it is more fun!

A lot of big supermarkets , cafes and shops. There is only one cinema . There are many bus stops but there aren’t any train stations . There isn’t any swimming pools but there are many beaches . There are a lot of parks . There are a lot of cars because we are a big city 😜😜😜

My review on the show “twelve forever” it’s on Netflix and it has 25 episodes,the main character is Reggie.She has an island called “endless island” with one of her friends todd.theres also some side characters.My favourite character is “brown Roger” it’s a plushie in the island and it’s reggies best friend!on episode 6 if I remember correctly we get introduced to reggies new friend,Esther.todd at the last episodes(20,21,22) gets a girlfriend.my favourite part is when todd and Esther go insane in one episode,it was so funny!also,Todd’s girlfriend is named Gwen.overrall,I liked this show!I highly recommend it.
