My family consists of four members. Well, I have a sister. Her name is Dimitra and she is 9 years old. She has green eyes and blond hair. My mother’s name is Rallio and she is 35 years old. She has brown eyes and brown hair. My father’s name is Mike and he is 40 years old. He has green eyes and brown hair. Also, I have a dog, which is like a brother who I never had.
I never forget them, because is very important for me. Now, they help me and care for me. But, when I grow up and I don’t need their help anymore, I will try to help them like they did when I was a child.

This book is about a little guy who travelled everywhere but something went wrong he went to a strange place where people have to wait for a train to go, a bus to come, their hair to grow, for a yes or no, for the snow to snow or a phone to ring. He walked and he went to another strange place where people could sing he walked and he went to a playground then he went to a scary place he was very scared so he left. He went on a boat and saw very strange animals then he went to a cave and saw a green monster he left. He walked and in the end, he found his house he was so happy and he went in.

my favourite part is when it said “Waiting for a train to go or a bus to come, or a plane to go or the mail to come, or the rain to go or the phone to ring, or the snow to snow or waiting for a Yes or No or waiting for their hair to grow. Everyone is just waiting.”

The big eruption of mountain Vesuvius
On 24th August mount Vesuvius the volcano of the city erupted. I was so scared I didn’t know what to do my mum told me to leave the house because the volcano’s lava was very dangerous. I heard a lot of screams and I saw a very big black cloud come towards my parents and me. The night was very scary but we were alive. I don’t want to see a volcano again in my life.

My family is special!
Family is the most important thing in our life. We share everything together, we go on holidays together, we stay together in every kind of situation. we can sacrifice our own lives for our family. What makes a good family is to eat together, celebrate, have fun with them and not to argue, hate and be rude to each other. Having fun, sharing your problems with them, telling them your secrets without getting judged will make you feel closer to them. surfing on the night in your room without talking to them 24 hours a day isn’t the best for you and for them. You should play board games, go for a walk and tell jokes to each other! It doesn’t matter if you belong in a single-parent family or in an extended one it matters to be loved, feel accepted for who you are and respected family members support each other and show affection, and are there to support you in any way they can

The gerenuk, also called the Waller’s gazelle, lives in the desert and dry shrub shrubland of Eastern Africa. Gerenuks have got a small head for their eyes and ears are big. Their strong back legs make them able to stand upright on two legs-the only antelope that can do this!Only Male gerenuks have got horns.

My holidays

Last year’s summer I went to the Greek island, Kos. I went with my parents and my sister. We travelled by ship and it was exciting! We stayed in a fantastic hotel and it had a big pool. We went to the beach on Kos. It was fantastic! I went to the big white building and visited the museum. I had a great time!

A volcanic eruption
Last weekend my family and I went to the beach. We had a swim in the sea. After that, he had a picnic. All of a sudden there was a volcanic eruption but it wasn’t strong. We didn’t worry because it was a small tremble. After two hours we weren’t ready to go back home. Just we went arrived back home there was strong volcanic eruption lava started flowing down the volcano and towards to our city. A lot of people started screaming and running from safety. We quickly grabbed our things and run as fast as we could away from this disaster we headed for the mountain and hear our home while a black cloud covered the city with ash. This was the worst day of my life!!

What is Halloween
Halloween is a holiday celebrated on 31st October. It is a tradition when the children wear scary clothes and they go to the houses in their neighbourhood and they say “Trick or Treat”. If you don’t give sweets to the children they do a trick. All the people during Halloween decorate their homes with scary decoration such as pumpkin which is carved lanterns. In America, people have a lot of events with adventures and scary games.
In Greece, a lot of English schools organize a party in an outdoor place with a lot of games. The winners get cool prizes. The children and the teachers wear scary costumes and they scare children without costumes. At this event, there is a lot of foods. There is a big table with strange and different foods and drinks. They listen to music and all the children have fun at this even!!!
