Hi Claire

How are you doing? I’ve just come back from an amazing school event! We call it a special sports event and it takes place every August in the field next to the school. There we play volleyball and basketball. For each game, one team wins and takes a gold medal. I’m very proud of my team because last year we won the gold medal for volleyball! After, there was soft drinks and food for everyone. I feel very happy about this event. Do you have anything similar at your school?

Sunday at the scary volcano

Hello, my name is Sylia and I live in a hotel with my mum and my dad. On Sunday we thought a good idea to visit a volcanic, When we got to the volcano it started to smoke and we were scared because the lava was running to above as. we are never going to be in that place again!

Seashell hockey

We play it outdoors on the beach. I play it with a number of 20 players in each team. We play this game for 20 minutes and we have to collect as many shells as we can. The player who collects the most wins. The game is played with sticks for help!

The most adventurous day of my life

One day my friends called me to ask if I wanted to go on a trip to Santorini with them tomorrow afternoon. The next day we took the ship and went to Santorini,then we took the bus and went to see the most beautiful places of the island.The first place who we went was the active volcano. The time who we reather to the top my friend told us the volcano was about to erupt. We start run straight down and we got the first bus to leave. We felt extremely realived as we drove away.

My favourite sport event

Hi Ann,

How are you doing? I’ve just returned from a great school event that takes place in our school. My classmates and I have been at the basketball tournament. It takes place every August 5th in our school playground. We had a great time, we had snacks and soft drinks too. I was very happy at the end because my team won.

SPORTS DAY AT MY SCHOOL!

Hi Nick,

How are you? I’ve just returned from a school event. We call it sports day. We have a small stadium at our school.

This event happens every year when the schools close. All the competitors make group stretching and then the sports

began such as track and field, long jump and obstacle course. I took part in the obstacle course and I was the winner.

I felt very proud and unique. Do you something like that at your school?

Rhythmic gymnastics!

Topic: A sports event

Hi Mike!

How are you? I am very happy because my school organised a special sports event last weekend. It took place in our schoolyard. All students took part in it and at the end, the winners got gold, silver and bronze medal. There was a running race, a football match, a basketball and a tennis game as well as rhythmic gymnastics. I took part in the last one and I won the bronze medal! I was so happy and proud! All the children were great! After the event, there was food and refreshments for everyone. I had a wonderful time! Did you have something similar in your school?

My house

Hello Angelo I am Maria.I live in Mytilene. My house is big and it’s very good.There are five rooms a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms.There are two sofas and a coffee table in front of them.There is a T.V and a big table with six chairs but there isn’t a garden.

The journey

The journey starts in the mouth. The teeth chew of steak. Then it goes down the throat and into the stomach. Acid and muscles break up the steak and mash. The steak then moves into the small intestine. The small intestine breaks it down into elements that our bodies use for energy and to repair bone, blood, and muscle

An adventure on the volcano😁

One day my parents and I saw a big volcano. I was very excited and happy. My dad was happy, and my mum was very scared.

When we got to the volcano, my mum was exhausted but my dad and I were very excited and a little tired. We saw smoke coming out of the volcano. Saddenly my mum saw lava coming to us. We ran quickly and my dad saw our car. We got in our car, I saw the lava out of the window but my dad driving very fast.

My parents and I were very scared, when we saw the lava coming to us. We felt extremely relieved as we drove away.

A Quidditch match

Hi, Agapi!

How are you? I went to a Quidditch match last summer! It was amazing! I was with your godmother-my mum, my sister and your godfather-my dad. There had some things like tents were people live, fires and sleeping bags and for food, we had marshmallows and biscuits. The players of quidditch flew with broomsticks. But came Deatheaters and made the sky black. Some of these people who were coming to see the match were wizards. I feeling very excited because I met wizards! It was fantastic and I wish to go again but with you next time!

A travel to a volcano

My family and I travelled to Santorini. We climbed a big volcano. It’s so beautiful. Santorini has many volcanos. It took a long time to climb up the volcano. We saw many colour full rocks, some little birds and tall trees.

While we were climbing we heard a noise from the volcano. It started to erupt, and we felt very scared. We started to run down the mountain to the car.

We went to the car and we felt happy and scared. We felt extremely relieved when we drove away.

By the way….. I couldn’t see a volcano. This was my dream!
