The most popular street food in my country, Albania is ” Byrek “. Byrek is something like pie but it has cheese, eggs, spinach, cucumbers and many other vegetables on it.It is easy to make and very tasty.Most of the time it is served with small tomatoes and buttermilk.Buttermilk is a drink made from yoghurt,little butter and water.I REALLY LIKE THIS FOOD!!😍😍

Small grilled sausages are in a cone – shaped bread with sauces and extras. Some of the toppings you can put are cheese sauce, you can ask for additional roasted onion, bacon, cabbage and all in one.

A carnival recipe

500 gr self-raising flour

1/2 cup of butter

1/2 cup of sugar

4-5 eggs

1/4 cup of milk

vanilla

Beat the butter in the mixer, add the sugar and the eggs. After beating for 3 min, add the self-raising flour, the milk and the vanilla. Pour the mixture in a cake form and bake in the oven in 180 degrees Celcius for an hour. Let it cool down and decorate the cake with carnival decorations.

My favourite video game

My favourite video game is “Among us”. “Among us “is playing with one impostor  ( bad austronut killer) and nine Croumates (good austronuts ). Impostor always kill and say lies to the Croumates. Croumates must do  tasks, and then they  win the Impostor.

The movie theatre festival

The movie theatre festival takes place in Thessaloniki, Greece every November. It first started on the 20th of September 1960 and now over 300,000 people visit the festival every year.

The festival has competition that everyone can take place, everywhere you look you can see famous movie theatre stars and meet them. Another highlight is the there is a verity of movies to watch, horror movies, comedy, adventure movies ect.

I have never taken place at this festival but I’m looking forward to going there soon! It sounds like a thriling and unforgettable experience. Don’t miss it!

The Bull Festival

The Bull sacrifice is an annual festival that takes place in Lesvos,Greece. Its held in the Monastery of Taxiarchis at the village Madamados. It is celebrated a week after Easter and its a three day village feast.

Based on an ancient tradition, a bull is decorated with a beautiful flower crown before being sacrificed. It is then turned into a dish called “kisketi” with wheat. Visitors enjoy eating this speacial dish. People browse around looking at many different stalls that merchants have set up. You can buy whatever you need and find good bargains. Some others prefer to go horse riding since many locals arrive at the Monastery on horseback.

I personally do not like the bull being sacrificed publicly but other than that I really like and reccomend that you do not miss this opportunity to ride the horses and miss this festival. It is a thrilling and an unforgettable experience.

** A day in the farm**

One day Vicky and her grandmother went to her grandfather’s farm. Her grandmother told her to go get eggs from the henhouse but her grandfather came and closed the henhouse door. Vicky started shouting and knocking on the door lest someone should come. Luckily her grandmother came and opened the door and told her to calm down and showed her that there was a hidden door.

One day vicky’s grandma said ” Vicky please go to the chickens and take the eggs” Vicky agree. She went and she started collecting the eggs. One man locked Vicky in the coop. She started shouting “grandma grandma come open the door” Grandma went and opened the door and said “are you good honey?”                             “Yes grandma I’m fine now”.
