Today I learnt about concentration.
We speak about the main reasons of getting distracted (daydreaming, phones and many others) and the consequenses of them such as if you are in the class don’t paying attention to the lesson and if you are driving there is the danger of a car accident. In addition we learnt the biological reason of it which is that the brain cannot multitask on a lot of thing.
In conclusion we said some ways of not getting distracted such as focus on your main purpose and others.

Hello Dani,
Tomorrow I am planning to go on a teen volunteering holiday in the Lake District National Park!! It is for teens from 14-18 years old. Each volunteer gets a separate tent and everyone needs walking boots and a raincoat. All volunteers have also duties. Some of them are repairing fences and signs, picking up litter, doing wildlife surveys e.t.c. I am really happy and very excited going there because I will meet new people and I will help the environment. If you want to have a really good time, I recommend you going there!!
