Being addicted to social media is something that happens a lot these days. I understand how you feel and I’d be more than happy to help.
Here is some advice. You can challenge yourself for example saying that you have to clean your room instead of being online. If you do that you will have things done easier and faster. Start working out or going out with friends is a great idea too. You will be having fun and you will be working on yourself too. Another idea is to have a phone time. Start with 2-3 hours a day.
