I am really sorry to hear that you have so much stress about your
exams. I think I can help you by giving you some advice.
First of all you should organize your study plan and have some
breaks. Also you should eat well and drink a lot of orange juice. This way
you’ll feel stronger.
Another idea is to go for a walk or exercise. Then you won’t feel under
pressure. Stress is not good for your health. If you do all these, you’ ll have
the best results.
