Healthy and unhealthy food
Fruit and vegetables are healthy and we must eat them every day. They have got a lot of vitamins. Sweets are very tasty but they aren’t healthy. Milkshakes, ice creams, donuts have a lot of sugar and we mustn’t eat them every day. We must drink milk in the morning because it has protein and calcium. Don’t drink sugary drinks. -
