Personal trainer makes a special plan that fits what we need and want. It helps us to make movements in a safe way so that we don’t get hit. It also helps to keep going even when it’s hard

Exercising with others is fun and we can make new friends. Our classes teach new ways to move and exercise. When we go to a class we continue to practice because it is part of our program.

Both ways help us stay fit and safe.
