A good idea is not to study for many hours . You should take some breaks to play with your dog in the garden . You need to get put of the house and enjoy yourself . Maybe even go for a walk or ride your bike in the neighbourhood . Also you can draw or play a game on your phone if you can’t go out .
Another tip is to try to stey calm and not have too much stress . You can watch TV or listen to pusic before or after studying .
